Peace with self peace with food is a 5 step method for healing our relationship with food.

Those five steps are based on the complex neurobiology of autonomic regulation, early childhood development and the deep wiring and longing for meaningful and safe human connection.

I wrote Peace with Self, Peace with Food as the first necessary step to get on the same page about what eating behaviors represent from a nervous system perspective, and as a learning tool to accompany online workshops, retreats and personal work that people sometimes choose to do with me.
