The 5 rhythms workshop
When: When you have lots of energy built up in the body and you want to give it some direction. When you feel stuck. When you are filled with emotion. When you want to let go.
Do each rhythm or the whole practice at the end – and if you can engage in a daily practice, that would be beautiful. You can do this mindfulness through movement practice anytime. I love it for times when I need to process something big and my system feels stuck.
Balls practice
When: As a part of your stretching routine; if your system has lots of freeze in it, at first 3 x week and then as you get looser 1 x week.
